This APEC RCx Online Training Scheme is to promote skilled jobs and green projects through the RCx of existing buildings.

The training and examination materials are in modules for different proficiency levels, covering beginner, intermediate and advanced. 

The modules will be related to RCx knowledge, such as the details of the investigation approach of RCx, the Energy Saving Opportunities (ESO) implementation of RCx, the Measurement and Verification (M&V) approach of RCx, and the awarded registration scheme experiences in Hong Kong, China for APEC member economies. 

Participants will obtain a certificate of completion, according to the recorded training hours and examination results.
